Booth Details

Each booth space will be equipped with the following:

• Standard booth
• Back wall 8′ high and side rails 3′ high covered with flame proofed drapes
• 1 – 1500 watt electrical duplex outlet
• 1 –  6 foot skirted table and 2 chairs

Booth size: 10′ deep and 10′ wide (unless noted on a premium end-cap). Booth height will have a maximum height of 8′.

Note: 40' x 40' pavilions (no walls) are available – inquire about availability and pricing

Booth Pricing

• Standard Booth – $2400 + 15% HST
• Premium Booth – $2900 + 15% HST
• 40' x 40' Pavilions (no walls) –
  inqure about availability and pricing

*Discount of $200 for additional booths after the first.

All prices in Canadian dollars.

Assignment of Space

Booths are assigned on a “first-come/first-served” basis. Location compatibility at the discretion of the Conference management.
