Each booth space will be equipped with the following:
Booth size: 8′ deep and 10′ wide (unless noted on a premium end-cap). Booth height will have a maximum height of 8′.

Booths are assigned on a “first-come/first-served” basis. Location compatibility at the discretion of the Conference management.

Existing Exhibitors can access the 2024 CAO Exhibitor’s Handbook here. The password to gain entry to the handbook was sent in an email to your exhibit/trade show coordinator.

All exhibitors must have Liability Coverage to participate. We can offer this standalone exhibit coverage from Rainprotection that meets the CAO’s requirements. Please fill out the application form and once you have confirmed your coverage, please submit to the CAO.
